These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and Lucky33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). - Lucky33 may at any time request documentary verification of the information you have provided. Failure to provide verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your Lucky33 account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Lucky33 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact Lucky33 support immediately via the live chat function.
Lucky33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at any stage — at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any time Lucky33 considers it necessary.

Withdrawal Requirements

Bet Placement and Confirmation
- A bet is confirmed when the player receives a confirmed bet reference number from Lucky33. Before this confirmation, no bet exists and the stake is not committed.
- Once a bet is confirmed on Lucky33, it cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed unless Lucky33 determines there has been a manifest error.
- Minimum bet: Rs 200 per selection. Maximum bets depend on the market, event and the player's VIP tier.
Cricket Betting — Specific Rules
- All T20I, ODI and Test matches must be scheduled and officially confirmed for bets to be valid.
- If a match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for a result under the official competition rules, all bets on that match (except those already settled by in-play markets) are voided and stakes returned.
- PSL matches: if a match is postponed and played within 36 hours, bets remain valid. Beyond 36 hours, stakes are refunded.
- Over/Under and individual over markets are settled based on the actual overs completed. Shortened matches may result in partial voids in line with Lucky33's cricket betting rules.
Manifest Errors
If Lucky33 makes a manifest error in setting odds — such as an obviously incorrect price resulting from a technical fault — Lucky33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds will not be honoured regardless of whether the selection won. Lucky33 will not use this provision unreasonably and decisions regarding manifest errors will be made transparently.
Live In-Play Betting
In-play bets on Lucky33 are subject to the platform's bet acceptance delays, which exist to ensure the integrity of live odds. Lucky33 operates a short acceptance window during live betting — this is standard practice across the industry and is not applied unfairly. Lucky33's in-play results are determined from official data feeds, and any disputes will be resolved against official sources.
Lucky33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including the wagering requirements described in this section. By accepting any bonus at Lucky33, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Welcome Bonus

Wagering Requirements

Lucky33's live casino operates under the rules of its certified game providers. The rules of each specific game — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and Casino Hold'em Poker — are set by the studio provider and displayed within each game interface.
General Live Casino Terms
- All live casino games are served by independent certified providers. Game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card deals, roulette spins, dice shakes) that are monitored and independently verified.
- Once a bet is placed and the betting period has closed in a live casino game, the bet is final. No modification or cancellation is possible.
- In the event of a live dealer game being interrupted due to technical failure before the round is complete, the game provider's rules determine the outcome. In most cases, bets will be voided and stakes returned where a result cannot be confirmed.

Grounds for Account Action
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
- Operating multiple accounts or being linked to a previously closed account
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including collusion with other accounts
- Evidence of match-fixing, arbitrage betting or other activities that undermine the integrity of Lucky33's betting markets
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal or money laundering activity
- At the player's own request (account closure)
Funds on Closed Accounts
Where a Lucky33 account is closed due to player-initiated request or routine maintenance, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where an account is closed due to Terms violations, Lucky33 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Bonus funds are not returned on account closure in any circumstances.
Account Closure by Player Request
You may request permanent closure of your Lucky33 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support. On closure, your real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Account closure requests are final and will be acted on within 24 hours of confirmation.
Lucky33 handles all player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at lucky33.run/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Lucky33 Privacy Policy in full.

Disputes

Limitation of Liability
Lucky33's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's verified Lucky33 account at the time of the relevant event. Lucky33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit claims arising from platform use. Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky33's liability for fraud or for any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
